Sales is the lifeblood to continued growth of our business. Our Membership Consultants report directly to our Sales Managers. Their main responsibility is to attract and generate new Memberships. This includes a variety of activities such as promotional campaigns, face to face, phone calls and in-club presentations.

What does your role involve?
The essence of the job is generating new leads through multi channel sources via club and central marketing activities. Through the application of a thorough needs analysis and building individual rapport we decide together which lifestyle change is more suitable for the individual. The balance of the job is making calls to communicate with prospects and then presenting the facilities and membership options face to face. Once a member, the sustainability of customer service is paramount as looking after current business will fathom return in developing future business. A strongly developed relationship with the prospect accompanied by a high quality skill set will inevitably produce individual and team success and will also put the member on a path to a new healthy lifestyle.
