BodyFirst is the ideal ‘taste test’ of personal training and is offered at both point of sale (to new members) as well as existing members. It involves 3 x 45 min one-on-one sessions with a FF trainer and includes a BodyFirst kit – 3 manuals to help you achieve your fitness goals – ResultsGuide (info about getting the most out of the club & your training), ResultsFuel (nutrition tips and recipes) & ResultsJournal (used for goal setting & tracking)
